Inspired by a visit to the Barnes Foundation, artist Monique Seyler launched Gallery Saint Martin in 2003 as a place to exhibit fine contemporary art in a 'Salon' setting.

Originally located in her 1880's Victorian home at 7811 St. Martin's Lane in the historic Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, Gallery Saint Martin relocated in May 2007 five doors east to 330 West Mermaid Lane.

The original roster of 3 artists has grown to over a dozen emergeing-to-nationally-known figures working in painting, drawing, and printmaking. Published books by several featured artists are also represented.

In addition to by-invitation exhibits, Gallery Saint Martin has recently branched out into off-site venues and has participated in numerous auctions and benefits for both local and global causes.

Cited by Philadelphia Style Magazine as among the top fine art galleries in Philadelphia, Gallery Saint Martin is open by appointment.
