Inspired by a visit to the Barnes Foundation, artist Monique Seyler launched Gallery Saint Martin as a place to exhibit fine contemporary art in a 'Salon' setting.

Originally located in her 1880's Victorian home at 7811 St. Martin's Lane in the historic Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, Gallery Saint Martin relocated in May 2007 five doors east to 330 West Mermaid Lane.

The original roster of 3 artists has grown to over a dozen emerging-to-nationally-known figures working in painting, drawing, and printmaking. Published books by several featured artists are also represented.

In addition to by-invitation exhibits, Gallery Saint Martin presents unique shows in off-site venues and has participated in numerous auctions and benefits.

Cited by Philadelphia Style Magazine among the top fine art galleries in Philadelphia, Gallery Saint Martin is open by appointment.

In 2010 Gallery Saint Martin will be exhibiting at Harrington Group in the Marketplace Design Center, 2400 Market St., Room 309, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
